About – Aaron W. Gruver
Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, I graduated from Climax-Scott’s Jr/Sr High school before starting my college career. I felt a sense of uncertainty as I drifted between majors. Several years later I graduated with a degree in business from Kalamazoo Valley Community College with the intent of becoming a CPA. This is where I was first introduced to bookkeeping, which I found enjoyment in but gave it little mind. The further I progressed into the accounting world, I found the human aspect was quickly lost.
I started Gruver Bookkeeping to connect with real, passionate individuals who genuinely care about the businesses they’re building. This line of work has put me in the unique position to help the growth and improvement of those businesses.
